A digitization is one AI-powered form build — either from an uploaded PDF or photo, or from a plain-English description. You can edit, republish, and collect unlimited submissions on a digitized form without using another digitization.

What are form scans?

Form scans import already-filled-out forms to extract answers as new submissions — useful for digitizing filing cabinets of historical records. Available on Starter and above.

Can I change plans later?
