Sansform converts paper and PDF forms into live digital workflows using AI vision. Upload a document or photo and Claude AI extracts every field — text inputs, checkboxes, radio buttons, signatures — into a structured, fillable form in seconds. You can also describe a form in plain English and AI generates it from scratch. Review, edit if needed, then publish with a shareable link.

What file types does Sansform support?

Sansform accepts PDF documents, photos, and images in PNG, JPG, and WebP formats. Multi-page files are automatically split and processed page by page. Typical forms of 1-10 pages complete extraction in under a minute.

How accurate is the AI form extraction?

Sansform achieves 99% extraction accuracy on typical business forms including applications, inspections, onboarding packets, and compliance checklists. Accuracy improves with edits — the system learns from corrections. Complex multi-page forms with 80+ fields are supported.

Yes. The free plan includes 5 AI digitizations per month, 500 submissions, and 1 published form. No credit card required. Paid plans start at $29/month for more digitizations, submissions, forms, and team seats.

Does Sansform support e-signatures?

Yes. E-signatures are built into every plan, including the free tier. Users can draw, type, or upload a signature. Each signature is captured with a timestamp and IP address for audit purposes. No third-party add-on required.

Is Sansform secure for sensitive data like SSN or bank details?

Yes. Sansform offers field-level encryption for sensitive data using AWS KMS envelope encryption. Every submission gets its own freshly-generated data encryption key (DEK). At 24 hours, both the ciphertext and the submission’s DEK are destroyed in a single database update — once the key is gone, copies of the ciphertext in any infrastructure backup are cryptographically unrecoverable. All access to plaintext is logged in an audit trail. Data is stored in SOC 2-compliant infrastructure with Row Level Security scoped per workspace.

Can I use Sansform on mobile devices?

Yes. All published Sansform forms are fully responsive and work on any device — desktop, tablet, or phone. Users can also take a photo of a paper form from their phone and upload it directly for AI extraction.

What kinds of forms can Sansform digitize?

Sansform handles any operational form: safety inspections, fuel account applications, employee onboarding packets, permit applications, insurance claims, work orders, medical intake forms, vendor registrations, compliance audits, rental agreements, and more.
