I certify that the above information is correct. Loans Only: I am applying for a loan from the dealer to purchase the vehicle described in the attached bill of sale. I acknowledge that, if this application is approved, it will be used by the dealer to arrange my financing of the loan to an accredited Financial Institution. I also understand that this loan is a separate transaction from the purchase of the vehicle and that my obligation to make loan payments will not be affected by any dispute that may arise between myself and the dealer. I irrevocably authorize and direct the Financial Institution to pay the Amount to be Financed to the dealer, if and when my loan is approved. I HEREBY AUTHORIZE KELOWNA BMW TO GIVE ANY CREDIT AND OTHER INFORMATION ABOUT ME OBTAINED FROM TIME TO TIME, INCLUDING FINANCIAL INFORMATION IN CONNECTION WITH ANY CREDIT APPLICATION ABOUT ME TO ANY CREDIT BUREAU OR REPORTING AGENCY, (B) ANY PERSON WITH WHOM I HAVE OR PROPOSE TO HAVE FINANCIAL DEALINGS; AND (C) ANY PERSON IN CONNECTION WITH ANY DEALINGS I HAVE OR PROPOSE TO HAVE WITH BMW FINANCIAL SERVICES OR ITS AFFILIATES. Furthermore, I agree that Kelowna BMW or its financing institutions/banks may use that information to establish and maintain my relationship with the financing institutions/banks, or any of its divisions and to offer any services permitted by law.
