I agree to the terms and conditions of storage with Brown's Transport. I understand that: (1) Monthly rent is due on the 1st of each month; (2) Access hours are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily; (3) Prohibited items include hazardous materials, perishables, and illegal goods; (4) Brown's Transport is not liable for damage caused by acts of God, pest infestation, or improper packing; (5) A 30-day written notice is required for termination.
